Job summary

Bridgeway Community Health in Salem, Oregon seeks a Certified Recovery Mentor to join our Residential treatment team. The mentor will be the first point of contact for incoming clients, focusing on building supportive relationships, helping with enrollment, and connecting clients to a primary counselor.

Qualifications

PSS Certification or CRM Certification required.
Personal experience with addiction and recovery processes.
Experience assessing substance use disorders preferred.
Knowledge of mentoring approaches and placement within criminal justice systems.

Responsibilities

Transports clients to treatment appointments using personal or company vehicles.
Provide day-to-day coaching on recovery practices and pro-social behavior.
Assist clients in securing community resources and referrals to services.
Connect clients to community resources and document progress with the treatment team.
Facilitate mentor support groups and coordinate treatment plans with counselors.
