Job summary

Bridgeway Community Health in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Recovery Mentor to be the first point of contact for incoming clients and to support treatment programs. You will help clients enroll in services, connect them with resources, and collaborate with counselors on discharge planning and case management.

The role requires recovery experience and certification (PSS or CRM) with MHACBO, plus strong communication and flexible hours.

Qualifications

CRM or PSS certification with MHACBO.
Personal experience with addiction and recovery.
Experience in assessing substance use disorders preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Strong oral and written communication; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Transports clients to treatment appointments using personal or company vehicles.
Coaches clients in recovery practices and pro-social behavior.
Assists clients in securing community resources and support.
Connects clients to community resources and documents progress with the team.
Facilitates mentor support groups and coordinates treatment plans with the team.
Manages case referrals and coordinates with community partners.
