Job summary

TASC in Chicago seeks a Recovery Liaison to provide intensive case management for adults with behavioral health needs referred by the Juvenile Court System. This full-time role starts at $50,000–$52,000 annually, depending on experience and education, with growth opportunities.

The position involves coordinating services, making timely contact within 48 hours, completing intake, attending court dates, and linking clients to treatment and community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years’ lived or professional experience.
• Ability to obtain CADC/CARS certification within the first two years in the field.
• Must pass DCFS background check.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in group facilitation.
• Additional licensure may be required by contract obligations.
• Experience with individuals with SUD and recovery pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management and coordinate behavioral health services with public agencies and community resources.
• Make contact with referred clients within 48 hours and conduct mobile assessments.
• Encourage and support JCAP assessments for parents.
• Enroll clients in programs and document progress.
• Attend juvenile court dates and provide testimony on recovery status and progress.
