Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recovery housing or similar structured environment.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
• Ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Medicaid billing number.
• Hold a CDCA or higher credential in good standing.
