Job summary

Central City Concern seeks a Program Supervisor II for the Blackburn Recovery Program (BRP). You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee daily operations, and advance housing, health care, recovery support, and employment services under one roof.

We aim to transform care for homelessness and vulnerable populations. The role emphasizes servant leadership, systems change, and empowering teams to drive lasting impact in recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or related environment with one year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Must demonstrate excellent computer skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Blackburn Recovery Program staff (Case Management, Peer Support Specialist, Housing Specialist).
• Oversee integration of housing, clinical, and employment services within the Blackburn Center.
• Monitor program budgets and discretionary funds.
• Ensure accurate records, reports, and program documentation.
• Coordinate with partners and ensure compliance with privacy and donor requirements.
• Lead quality improvement, meetings, and program policy updates.
