Job summary

Central City Concern is seeking a Program Supervisor II for the Blackburn Recovery Program in Portland, OR. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee daily operations, and advance integrated housing, healthcare, recovery support, and employment services under one roof.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), two years in supportive housing or related fields with one year in a supervisory role, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or related environment with one year in supervision.
• Must demonstrate excellent computer skills.
• Must be able to work in all CCC buildings with varying background check restrictions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Blackburn Recovery Program staff including Case Management, Peer Support Specialist, and Housing Specialist staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure integrated services and care.
• Monitor program budgets and discretionary spending.
• Maintain timely, accurate service notes, case plans, and program records per donor and CCC requirements.
• Attend staff meetings and case conferences to ensure alignment with BRP clients' needs.
• Lead program referrals and outreach to fill units in line with program contract.
