Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or related environment with one year in a supervisory role.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; DMV background check if driving.
• Ability to work across CCC buildings; adherence to drug-free workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Blackburn Recovery Program staff, including Case Management, Peer Support, and Housing Specialists.
• Lead the Blackburn Center multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated housing, health care, recovery, and employment services.
• Ensure program compliance, proper record keeping, and timely reporting.
• Monitor budgets and discretionary spending; contribute to program improvement and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align service delivery and care.
