Job summary

Recovery and Wellness Ohio seeks a dedicated Recovery Home Coordinator for Treaty House in Greenville, Ohio. You will support the Recovery Program Manager, oversee operations of recovery homes, ensure safety, and help residents maintain a drug- and alcohol-free environment.

You will participate in intake, discharge, care plan development, conduct room checks and drug screens, log outcomes, and coordinate with community partners.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and understanding of recovery programming.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret correspondence from referral sources and others.
• Ability to log and document client outcomes and activities professionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Site Manager, Community Housing Director and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the recovery homes and ensure safety and a sound recovery environment.
• Participate in residential intake, discharge and care plan development.
• Log outcomes and participation; assist with drug screens and room checks as directed.
• Support daily presence in recovery homes via remote services and assist residents with obtaining food.
• Prepare reports for grants and funding; collaborate with community partners and referral agencies.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; inform management of repairs or updates needed.
