Job summary

Team Recovery Ohio, LLC is seeking a Recovery Housing Technician to monitor and support residents in our housing program. You will assist with orientation, transportation, and serve as liaison between residents and treatment providers in a structured, safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and documentation skills, and knowledge of HIPAA/42 CFR. You will conduct rounds, safety checks, and weekly meetings while maintaining ethical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with documentation and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/42 CFR and privacy policies.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with residents and staff.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and provide guidance during recovery.
• Perform rounds and inspections of housing and rooms.
• Facilitate orientation for new residents and coordinate transportation.
• Ensure safety checks on equipment and emergency procedures.
• Maintain communications with staff and treatment providers.
• Complete documentation promptly and report incidents as required.
