Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintains patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• CPR certification preferred; NPI/Ohio Medicaid ID required or instructions on how to apply will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with questions or additional support.
• Review resident grievances promptly and sensitively.
• Respond to incidents at the recovery home and document actions.
• Address conduct violations and enforce house rules consistently.
• Maintain on-site presence during resident hours.
• Model recovery principles and prosocial behavior.
• Ensure the home is free from alcohol and illicit substances.
• Conduct regular checks for prohibited items.
• Account for residents and meet their additional support needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
