Job summary

Team Recovery LLC in Ohio is seeking a Recovery Housing Technician to support residents, maintain a safe, clean living environment across properties, and assist in the orientation process. You will provide transportation, lead by example, perform rounds and inspections, manage crises within the chain of command, and coordinate with treatment providers while protecting client privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required, training provided.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitors housing resident behavior and provides support and guidance through the recovery process.
• Remains up to date on HIPAA, 42 CFR, ethical policies, and compliance standards.
• Drives company vehicle(s) to transport clients.
• Performs rounds at all properties and inspections for residents.
• Assists in orientation of new residents and coordinates with treatment providers.
• Reports incidents and completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responds to incidents and safety concerns, coordinating with supervision as needed.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates maintenance requests with facilities.
