Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, including relapse prevention.
• Conduct client check-ins and support treatment goals.
• Document group attendance, participation, and progress.
• Maintain a safe, respectful recovery-focused group environment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on progress and needs.
• Attend treatment team meetings and required trainings.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
