Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Group Facilitator for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will lead group therapy sessions, provide psychoeducation, and support clients in developing coping skills and recovery tools.

The role requires at least one year of experience in the treatment field, valid licensure to practice as a clinician in Colorado (CAS), and a compassionate, communicative approach to care. A supportive team and opportunities for growth await.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in Colorado (CAS).
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Strong presence and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups designed to meet each client's challenges and needs
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools
• Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to keep track of client challenges and progress
• Escalate any significant client concerns to Clinical Director
• Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions conducted
• Ensure all clinical assessments and individual client charting is completed
