EPIC Health Partners is seeking a passionate Clinician to join our Addiction & Recovery Treatment Services as a group facilitator. This role delivers structured group education, relapse‑prevention support, and person‑centered interventions to individuals engaged in substance use treatment, following ASAM criteria and program requirements.

You will facilitate group sessions, support goal‑setting, maintain safety and boundaries, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifikationen

• Active Virginia LMHP, LPC, LCSW, or LSATP registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing substance use or mental health services in group settings.
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria and relapse‑prevention strategies.
• Ability to facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate psychoeducational, skills‑building, and therapeutic group sessions in accordance with ASAM criteria and program requirements.
• Support individuals in identifying treatment goals and applying recovery‑oriented skills.
• Maintain group structure, safety, engagement, and therapeutic boundaries in a person‑centered environment.
• Monitor participant participation and report clinical or safety concerns requiring supervisory or clinical review.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including group notes, ISP's, and attendance records, in compliance with standards.
• Provide crisis support and service coordination as needed within scope of role.
• Conduct and review clinical assessments.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
