Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery in Monument, CO seeks a Group Facilitator to lead therapy groups, provide client support, and document progress in our EMR. You will foster engagement in recovery activities and work with a collaborative team.

Must have CAS, at least 1 year of co-occurring disorders experience, a valid Driver’s License, and be able to pass background checks and a drug screen. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) to qualify.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and connection through client interviews and assessments.
• Facilitate engaging group sessions and therapeutic outings.
• Observe and document behavior, progress, and participation in EMR.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Support families and maintain open communication.
• Respond with calm and care in crisis situations.
