Job summary

The role focuses on delivering four to six one-hour sessions weekly onsite. Ideal candidates bring strong facilitation, clinical or recovery-support knowledge, timely documentation (BIRP) within 48 hours, and a commitment to confidentiality and CARF Aspire standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet at least one licensed credential pathway listed.
• Experience with substance use/co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to complete timely BIRP progress notes.
• Pass Federal Live Scan background check and urine drug screening.
• Maintain licenses and professional insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate four to six one-hour group sessions weekly.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, recovery-focused content.
• Create a safe, inclusive, supportive environment.
• Complete BIRP progress notes within 48 hours of each session.
• Maintain attendance and service documentation.
• Communicate participant concerns and follow-up needs to staff.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and comply with privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training.
• Contribute to positive, collaborative team relationships.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and professional insurance.
