ReDiscover is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join its Peer Services program, using lived experience to support clients with mental health or substance use challenges. The role emphasizes connecting clients to community resources, empathy, and collaborative care.

You will work with a team to tailor individual plans, facilitate groups when needed, and assist with transportation as part of comprehensive support services. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service with a recovery focus.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel and GSuite.
