Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Strong group presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to establish professional boundaries while building rapport.
• Ability to respond to clients in distress or crisis.
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused group sessions.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Medical teams to reinforce individual goals.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic group environment.
• Ensure sessions comply with Harbor Village policies, Florida DCF regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
• Document attendance, participation, and session notes in the EHR.
• Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Report significant behavioral or clinical concerns to the treatment team.
