Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a Supported Education and Employment Specialist (SEES) to join the CSC team in Bastrop, Giddings, and La Grange, TX. The SEES provides education and employment supports under supervision, focusing on recovery and person-centered planning.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Human Services, with preferred Master's, licensure is valued, and bilingual capability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, recovery-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Supported Education and Supported Employment services.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and external providers.
• Develop and implement person-centered recovery plans.
• Assist individuals in identifying, obtaining, and maintaining employment and education goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
