Job summary

The Supported Education and Employment Specialist (SEES) at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services supports adolescents and young adults with first episode psychosis within the CSC team, helping them identify and obtain educational and competitive employment goals through person-centered planning and coordination.

Responsibilities include assessments, recovery planning, skills training, and documentation in the EHR, with direct service expected at least 40% of hours; evening hours may be required

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, recovery-oriented environment.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Candidates whose degree is not in Human Services must have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours in a human services-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented Supported Education and Employment services.
• Coordinate with CSC team and community partners to support education and employment goals.
• Document care in the EHR and participate in supervision and quality improvement.
• Direct service delivery may constitute at least 40% of working hours.
