Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services in Round Rock, TX, seeks a Supported Education and Employment Specialist (SEES) to support education and employment goals for adolescents and young adults within the ClearPath CSC team.

The SEES provides recovery-oriented services, collaborates with education and employment partners, and maintains timely documentation in the EHR. Evening hours may be required to meet client needs while promoting independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, recovery-oriented environment.
• Cultural responsiveness and recovery-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented Supported Education and Supported Employment services.
• Identify, obtain, and maintain competitive employment and educational goals.
• Coordinate with employers, educational institutions, vocational resources, and community partners.
• Document services accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
