Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and program coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online job search platforms.
• Ability to work effectively and compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong commitment to recovery and community support.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment training and coaching to program participants.
• Assist with job placement services and follow-up support.
• Collaborate with Wilmington and Newark Recovery Hub staff to coordinate services.
• Maintain participant records and track progress.
