The Emily Program is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support residential and inpatient care as it relocates to Aurora, OH. The role starts in Cleveland Heights and will move to Aurora in December, with a 0.8 FTE schedule (32 hours/week) on the 1st shift (6am-2:30p) and rotating weekends/holidays.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team, assist clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, and help maintain a recovery-oriented environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher preferred or 2 years healthcare experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field; certification/licensure preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.

Mansioni

• Partner with the multi-disciplinary team on care plan and admissions.
• Assist in programming and support during meals, snacks, and structured outings/recreation.
• Engage, challenge, and support residents; report observations and document in charts.
• Monitor bathroom use per client treatment direction and document exercise; enforce policies and complete hourly checks.
