Quinault Wellness Center in Aberdeen, WA seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide evidence-based counseling for individuals with Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring conditions. You will assess, plan, and deliver individual, family, and group therapies while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a master's degree in a mental health discipline and current WA credential (LMHC/LMFTA/LMFT/LSW).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, MFT, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current Washington credential applicable to the role (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum of one year of clinical behavioral health experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake assessments, interviews, and diagnostic evaluations focusing on SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling using trauma-informed approaches.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and refer to higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and records.
