Quinault Community Health, located at Quinault Wellness Center in Aberdeen, WA, seeks licensed mental health professionals to join an integrated behavioral health team.

You will provide direct clinical services to individuals with substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, and related challenges, developing recovery-focused treatment plans and coordinating care across disciplines.

Competenze

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related mental health discipline from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State credential appropriate to the position (e.g., LMHC/LMFT/LSW).
• Minimum of one year of experience providing mental health or behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of Substance Use Disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, assessment, and recovery-oriented treatment.
• Ability to provide individual, family, and group counseling and develop treatment plans.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations focusing on SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Coordinate with SUD professionals, medical staff, and other team members to integrate services.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and billing-related records.
