Job summary

Quinault Wellness Center in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrated behavioral healthcare in our outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, counselors, and SUD professionals to develop patient-centered treatment plans, uphold trauma-informed care, and maintain compliant EMR documentation while advancing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in good standing with the State of Washington.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacology; substance use disorders and evidence‑based treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new and established patients.
• Perform medication management and crisis intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment and service plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and ongoing psychiatric care.
• Prescribe psychotropic medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Mental Health Counselors, SUD Professionals, PCPs, and psychiatrists to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
