Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Support & Recovery Advocate to provide in-home and community-based recovery support for KIM clients under the Program Services department. The role focuses on motivating clients toward Community Protection graduation while following each client’s Treatment Plan.

The position pays $18.50–$19.50 per hour, with responsibilities spanning daily living support, crisis prevention, and coordinating services to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and background clearance before working with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities.
• Intermediate experience supporting developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the needs and rights of clients with dignity and respect.
• Teach emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to graduate from the CP Program.
• Evaluate progress toward goals.
• Coordinate goal setting and report progress with clients and management team.
• Document activity thoroughly for caseload.
• Assist with client money management such as petty cash and receipts.
• Ensure safety and health care for clients.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments as appropriate.
