Job summary

KIM is seeking a Support & Recovery Advocate to provide in-home living support to clients with IDD, helping them grow and follow their therapist's Treatment Plan. This role aims to assist clients in transitioning from CP to personal independence, with paid training and multiple shift options including full-time and part-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license or State ID.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and living conditions for client safety.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments or arrange transportation.
• Complete forms and data sheets for caseload.
• Coordinate programs and document activity.
• Support emotional/behavioral regulation per plans.
• Follow Treatment Plan to graduate from CP Program.
• Handle client money management tasks.
• Communicate with medical offices and pharmacies.
• Administer medications as applicable and document.
• All training for this position is paid by KIM.
