Relentless Recovery, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Account Executive to join our Client Services Department.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. The Account Executive is responsible for managing account-related issues, communicating with customers and clients, and working toward successful vehicle recoveries and resolutions on behalf of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the repossession, recovery, collections, automotive finance, or a related industry and understand the importance of professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently, while also being a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for and contact customers and clients on a continuous basis
- Work assigned accounts toward successful resolution and recovery
- Communicate with customers to obtain vehicles or payments on behalf of our clients
- Utilize effective negotiation and communication skills to achieve desired results
- Handle incoming customer service and collection-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Identify account issues and determine the appropriate course of action
- Maintain accurate and detailed account information
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients
- Continuously develop knowledge of account requirements, client expectations, and industry practices
- Balance customer service responsibilities with the needs and expectations of our clients
- Meet established individual and departmental goals
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accounts are handled efficiently and professionally
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in the repossession, recovery, collections, automotive finance, or related industry strongly preferred
- Experience with conflict resolution, collections, sales, or negotiation is a plus
- Experience with computer systems and web-based applications required
