Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-identify as a current or former recipient of mental health or substance use services, or in recovery.
• Knowledge of case management and recovery-oriented approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing recovery goals and plans.
• Facilitate peer support groups and recovery-focused activities.
• Share lived experience to inspire hope while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Coordinate services and connect clients with community resources.
• Document activities and participate in treatment planning.
