• Must be a Certified Missouri Peer Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Share lived recovery experiences to inspire and support clients.
• Describe personal recovery practices and help clients find applicable recovery strategies.
• Provide support through validation of experiences and feelings, and assist with goals and resources.
• Participate in treatment planning with the team and client.
• Engage clients in collaborative, recovery-oriented relationships.
