Brightli is seeking a Peer Specialist to support individuals in developing recovery skills and accessing community resources. You will build therapeutic relationships, document services, and assist with treatment planning within a community-based setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with guardians, referring to resources, and ensuring continuity of care. Requires commitment to recovery and participation in required trainings; valid driver’s license and background checks are part of

Qualifications

• Knowledge of case management and rehabilitation concepts for mental health/substance use disorders.
• Ability to establish boundaries while sharing recovery experiences.
• Strong verbally and in writing to create clear reports and notes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with referral sources and guardians.
• Assist in researching and referring to community resources.
• Schedule appointments and provide transportation to Recovery Support Services.
