Job summary

High Point Treatment Center Inc in Brockton is seeking a Recovery Coach Intern to provide emotional and recovery-focused peer support within the CBRS program.

You will help Members identify recovery goals, develop Wellness Plans, and build recovery-supportive routines and life skills, while navigating treatment and social services. Bilingual abilities are preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and lived experience of substance use and recovery.
• Valid driver’s license and own a car.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, social, and recovery-focused peer support to Members.
• Assist Members in identifying recovery goals and developing Wellness Plans.
• Support Members in building recovery-supportive routines and life skills.
• Help Members navigate treatment, medical, behavioral health, and social services systems.

Skills

Lived experience with substance use & 

Valid driver’s license

Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese preferred
