Qualifications

• Lived experience with sustained recovery is required.
• Develops trusting relationships.
• Respects and advocates for all paths to recovery.
• Excellent oral and written communication and attention to details.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and fully support the Recovery Coach Model.
• Develop and implement community activities that support recovery.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet program and individual needs.
• Manage a reasonable sized caseload as a long-term one-on-one recovery coach.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Perform other duties to maintain program operations.
