Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to support adults via CCBC outpatient services and mobile crisis services in Taunton, MA. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care, including phone and in-person support, and virtual appointments.

The role involves building rapport, developing wellness and relapse plans, and guiding clients to community resources.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Recovery Coach in MA.
• Experience with outpatient and mobile crisis settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients in recovery.
• Engage clients to develop wellness and relapse prevention plans.
• Provide information on community, wellness and recovery resources.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings and training.
• Accompany members to provider appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Collaborate with natural supports and community providers.
• Support during difficult situations.
• Training in evidence-based practices.
