Responsibilities

• Identify participants' interests, gifts, and goals for recovery.
• Strengthen community connections and support recovery journeys.
• Foster friendships to address stigma and discrimination.
• Identify supports and services to sustain wellness and recovery.
• Facilitate groups of 2–10 to explore strengths and skills.
• Help participants connect with community opportunities and resources.
• Support self-advocacy and recovery planning.
• Document client encounters with notes and records.
• Model recovery and share personal stories of progress.
• Provide recovery check-ups after transition to the community.
