Responsibilities

• Counsel participants in identifying their interests, gifts and goals.
• Strengthen community connections and build new supports for recovery.
• Foster friendships to address challenges like stigma and discrimination.
• Assist participants in identifying and connecting with supports and services.
• Facilitate groups of 2 to 10 participants to develop strengths and skills for recovery.
• Write notes describing client encounters and group experiences.
• Provide recovery check‑ups and help develop recovery plans.
