Job summary

HealthRIGHT360 in San Francisco is seeking a Recovery Coach to support residents in Treasure Island's residential step-down program. You will assess client needs, provide coaching and case management, and help clients access community resources while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires crisis intervention skills, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You may work weekends/holidays and will assist with intake, progress notes, and discharge

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid California driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Experience dealing with substance use, mental health, and related barriers.
• DHCS-recognized Drug and Alcohol registration preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services including intakes, assessments, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Retain and complete clients, facilitate coaching sessions with caseload clients.
• Link clients to internal/external resources and follow up on progress.
• Document updates, incidents, and discharge paperwork in timely manner.
• Perform house runs, ensure safety and security of the facility.
• Assist with offsite appointments and participate in required trainings.
• Plan client celebrations and supervise weekend/holiday coverage.
