Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit delivering integrated healthcare and recovery services in San Francisco, seeks a Recovery Coach for the MRSD program at Alamo Square. You will assess client needs, provide coaching, case management, and link clients to resources to support recovery.

Responsibilities include direct services, crisis intervention, documenting progress, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• DHCS registration or certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Valid California driver's license required.
• Experience with diverse populations, including individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services such as intakes, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Retains clients and facilitates coaching sessions with each caseload.
• Links clients to internal and external resources and follows up on progress.
• Performs house runs to ensure safety and accountability of all clients.
• Documents updates and incidents daily; performs CPR/First Aid as needed; works weekends and holidays.
