Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization, provides comprehensive health services to vulnerable populations through residential and outpatient substance use treatment and integrated care. The On-Call Recovery Coach role emphasizes direct client support, crisis intervention, and coordination with the multidisciplinary team to promote recovery outcomes.

The position requires CPR/First Aid, a California driver’s license, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• A valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with substance abuse, mental health, and related barriers preferred.
• DHCS registration/certification preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services such as intakes, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Retain and complete clients, conduct coaching sessions, and support recovery goals.
• Link clients to internal and external resources and perform house checks for safety.
• Document updates, incidents, and progress in the facility log daily.
• Perform CPR/First Aid and adapt to weekend/holiday shifts as needed.
