Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an Overnight On-Call Recovery Coach for the 214 Men’s Residential Step Down program in San Francisco. The role focuses on assessing client needs, providing coaching, case management, and crisis intervention while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

The position requires night shifts, weekend and holiday availability, and strong communication with the treatment team. Prior experience with substance use and mental health services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in SF county language threshold is desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in crisis intervention or acute care settings.
• Night shift availability and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services such as intakes, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management as needed.
• Maintains safety and security through house runs and crisis intervention as necessary.
• Documents updates and incidents; helps with discharge planning and referrals.
• Performs duties across setting responsibilities including community meetings and shift coverage.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support health and recovery goals.
