Milestone Treatment Center in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will engage with clients, alumni, and families, support recovery efforts, and coordinate activities with the treatment team.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, crisis support, and maintaining confidentiality, with typical hours and occasional evenings/weekends as needed in a dynamic recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in substance use treatment or related field preferred.
• Understanding of addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, alumni, and families.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout treatment and recovery.
• Help reduce AMA discharges by identifying concerns and keeping clients engaged.
• Reach out to disengaged clients and connect them with support.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
• Maintain regular communication with families and provide resources/updates.
• Plan and coordinate alumni events, recovery activities, and support groups.
• Document client interactions and outreach accurately.
• Partner with clinical, admissions, and support teams for a coordinated experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
