Job summary

Shalom House seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead a residential program serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The role combines leadership, clinical support, program management, and direct service to ensure high‑quality, recovery‑oriented care in a safe environment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with providers, manage admissions, ensure Medicaid compliance, and mentor teams while maintaining a collaborative, compassionate culture that promotes housing stability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MHRT-C certification required; MHRT-I within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall direction of the residential program.
• Support residents in maintaining housing stability and working toward individualized goals.
• Coordinate with referral sources, providers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor occupancy and support admissions processes to maintain program stability.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, Medicaid compliance, and quality assurance activities.
• Assist with program evaluations, policy development, and ongoing operational improvements.
• Foster a positive therapeutic environment that promotes recovery, independence, and community integration.
