Job summary

The Mission in Seattle is seeking a Case Manager I to join a collaborative team supporting guests in a residential recovery program. This 24-hour care role provides advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, and case management services to residents pursuing recovery.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Target starting pay: $25.39/hour. The position emphasizes a Christ-centered environment and ongoing professional development within a faith-based organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred or relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of one year of case management experience required.
• One year of experience in a social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests.
• Manage an assigned caseload and meet guests weekly for ongoing case management.
• Provide crisis intervention, chemical dependency support, and referrals as needed.
• Maintain confidential case notes in the Client Tracker system and other files.
• Administer supervised urine screenings per policy.
• Conduct welfare checks in guest living areas and restrooms.
• Coordinate Bible studies, support groups, and recovery curriculum.
• Foster a Christ-centered, professional atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe facility environment.
• Participate in meetings, training, and organizational initiatives.

Education
