Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager I to join a collaborative team serving guests in a residential recovery program. The role provides advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, referrals, and case management as part of a 24-hour care team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Target starting pay: $25.39/hour. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred and at least one year of case management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new guests.
• Manage an assigned caseload and meet with guests weekly for case management support.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to external services as needed.
• Maintain confidential case notes in electronic and paper files.
• Administer supervised urine screenings as per policy.
• Coordinate Bible studies, support groups, and recovery curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, professional facility environment and participate in meetings.
