Job summary

Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is seeking a Case Manager I to join a 24-hour care team serving guests in a residential recovery program. You will provide advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, referrals, and comprehensive case management to individuals pursuing recovery.

The role includes intake assessments, weekly meetings, crisis intervention, and maintaining confidential records in CT11, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and a target starting pay of $25.39/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of case management experience is required.
• Experience in social services or recovery settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests.
• Manage a caseload and meet weekly with guests for ongoing case management.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to external services as needed.
• Maintain confidential updates and case notes in the CT11 system and files.
• Administer supervised urine screenings per program policy.
