Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive experience within Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder industry.
• Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with all departments and oversee clients stay at GMTC.
• Creation of an after-care plan that realistically meets the needs of the client.
• Vetting of client visitors and phone calls.
• Must meet and maintain all pre-employment requirements including reference checks, applicable state and national required background screening, 10 panel urine drug screen, DMV check, insurance (if applicable), and license/credential verifications

Responsibilities

• Help hold clients accountable for their actions in the community and the completion of their work.
• Facilitate and provide timely documentation.
• Monitor compliance on client contracts, phone policy, and related matters.
• Meet with clients at least once a week to monitor the treatment process.
• Responsible for executing step downs and discharges.
• Uploading/delegating current ROIs and aftercare plans into EMR.
