Job summary
Promise Resource Network in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Harm Reduction and Recovery Cafe Peer Support Specialist to empower individuals through recovery, education, and community engagement. The role focuses on nonjudgmental support, training, and direct service within the Recovery Hub and cafe environment.

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist required.
- Recovery Coach certification or equivalent within 3 months.
- Experience in peer support or recovery services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Design harm reduction initiatives aligned with Recovery Hub goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group peer support to participants.
- Facilitate workshops and train staff on harm reduction principles.
- Track outcomes, maintain data entry, and report program results.
