Job summary

The Aviary Recovery Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referral sources, manage accounts, and represent the facility at public and professional events. This onsite role requires collaboration with the Director of Business Development and coordination of community relations to expand services.

Candidates should have 2+ years in healthcare business development or marketing, strong relational skills, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience in healthcare business development and marketing.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources and documents contacts in the CRM system.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; expands referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional functions to promote referrals.
