Job summary

The Aviary Recovery Center in Missouri is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow recovery services by cultivating referrals from professional sources and managing CRM records for admissions and outreach. You will host the public when visiting the facility and build relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years in healthcare business development/marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years’ related healthcare business development and marketing experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the local market and referral base.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care, physicians, and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system and maintains referral/admission records.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; increases referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional functions and educates clients and referral sources on programs and amenities.
• Manages leads and ensures efficient admissions process; collaborates with Admissions and discharge planners.
